HOW DOES IT WORK...
You purchase shares in a yacht in 25% blocks. You will have 3 months of use per 25% shares. All running costs will be split between other share holders GREATLY reducing your annual costs, whilst still enjoying up to 90 days on the water. We manage everything from marina bookings to service work and repairs.
Our Services, we are your shore based crew...
At the start of each year, we will contact you and the other owners to book in that years diary, with premium weeks/weekends blocked off well in advance. Should you wish to have any personal items places on board we will insure this done before your arrival at the home port. Working with the captain and yourself, we can arrange moorings, book beach clubs/restaurants and ensure your time on board is as relaxing as it can be.
And the Numbers...
At the end of each Summer season we will go over the winter work list, with any work needed to have a min of 2 quotes. You as owners will agree to all works and we will oversee all works and sign off once completed. At the end of each year, a full set of accounts will be issues to all share holders, along with projected costs for the coming season. This gives you the opportunity of owning and enjoying, at 25% of the annual running costs.

We will send you options we feel fit your requests, and move on to arrange viewings, surveys, sea trials on any you feel could be right for you.
After Purchase...
Now we have found your dream motor yacht or superyacht, the surveys have been approved and final payment has been made, we will still be on hand to answer any questions. We will help find crew, locate a long term mooring in the area you wish to call the home port, and help recommend any suppliers in the area.
Once this has all been managed, are will continue to be on hand for both the owner and the crew, pulling in our years of local knowledge for visiting marinas, bars, restaurants and local provisioning agents.
